Enterostomal Therapy Into The 21st Century
Gay Hordienko and Karen Spencer, enterostomal nurses with the Manitoba Ostomy Program, have been accepted to present at the World Congress of Enterostomal Therapy Conference this July in Singapore. They will be presenting the Manitoba Ostomy Program to E.T.s and other health care providers from around the world. This presentation will focus on the program's quality performance as all Manitoba residents have access to supplies and expert enterostomal therapy nursing service. The presentation, titled The Manitoba Ostomy Program - Collaboration in Action will bring the Manitoba Ostomy Program to the forefront worldwide.
Congratulations to these two hardworking E.T.s! I'm sure they'll have a great time. I hope they take lots of pictures. We'd love a presentation at a chapter meeting next year.
