Those words echoed around the Delta Winnipeg on the evening of Saturday, August 20, 2005 as the 8th Annual Conference of The United Ostomy Association of Canada came to a close.
Participants availed themselves of the opportunity to find out about the most recent advances in ostomy supplies in the exhibit hall, to take part in educational and business sessions, to meet ostomates and their families from coast to coast in Canada and some from the United States.
The 4 evening social events were superb and fun! As part of the festivities, those infamous UOAC desperados, President Pat Cimmeck and Secretary Murray Norman, along with WOA member Laurette Godard were tossed in jail on the Thursday evening at the HitchN'Post!
